Bassett's Jaguar Internet Sales offers the following Returns Policy: Our product is sold with a 100% guarantee. If product doesn't meet your expectations, you may contact us and we will gladly refund your money in full when product has been returned to us in the same condition that it left.

All shipments are made by either UPS or Federal Express. Please note that shipments to Hawaii are sent UPS Blue Label Air Only.

Due to the high shipping costs of UPS outside of the USA, we will be more than willing to ship your items via USPS. If payment is made other than paypal, we will adjust your invoice accordingly before we charge your card. If you prefer to pay by paypal, we can either credit your paypal account the shipping difference or you can email me for a shipping quote, prior to ordering.

Canadian shipments which can't be shipped by UPS are made via USPS and are subject to additional shipping charges.

All items damaged or lost in shipment are the responsibility of the carrier. Inspect all orders upon receipt. In the event of damage, retain the shipping carton and packing material. Promptly notify the carrier and request a damage inspection. The carrier will evaluate the claim and contact us if necessary.

All upholstery and sheetmetal orders are custom made to order. Any product that doesn't have a weight, usually means that it is custom order. In this case, you will receive a seperate invoice for shipping charges.

We must be notified within seven(7) days upon receipt of your order if there are any errors or defective merchandise for return credit. Returns must be authorized and must be shipped prepaid to our address. There are no returns on electrical, upholstery and/or custom made items unless they are proven defective or the incorrect merchandise is delivered.
